Al principi em sento i dormo millor, despr\u00e9s cada cop pitjor.<br \/>\n&#8211; Els problemes de son (p.e. apnees, narcol\u00e8psia) poden ser causa de problemes mentals.<br \/>\n&#8211; Els problemes de son poden ser el primer s\u00edmptoma de trastorn mental (p.e. trastorn conducta REM i dem\u00e8ncia).<br \/>\n&#8211; Alguns trastorns mentals associen trastorns del son caracter\u00edstics (p.e. trastorns del ritme circadi\u00e0 al TDAH).<br \/>\n&#8211; I un llargu\u00edssim etc\u00e8tera&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>TRES idees clares:<\/p>\n<p>1- Dormir NO \u00e9s apagar un interruptor. El cervell ha de passar per diverses fases de son superficial i profund, i si aquest patr\u00f3 s&#8217;altera podem arribar a dormir moltes hores sense sentir-nos descansats durant el dia.<\/p>\n<p>2- Cal tractar la CAUSA del problema de son, no tapar-ho amb subst\u00e0ncies legals o il\u00b7legals.<\/p>\n<p>3- El DIAGN\u00d2STIC DIFERENCIAL dels problemes del son inclou:<\/p>\n<p>a. Trastorns d&#8217;insomni<br \/>\nb. Trastorns respiratoris (p.e. sdme Apnea-Hipopnea del Son)<br \/>\nc. Hipers\u00f2mnies centrals (p.e. Narcol\u00e8psia)<br \/>\nd. Trastorns del ritme circadi\u00e0 (p.e. treball a torns)<br \/>\ne. Paras\u00f2mnies (p.e., par\u00e0lisi del son)<br \/>\nf. Trastorns del moviment (p.e., sdme cames inquietes)<br \/>\ng. Trastorns neurol\u00f2gics (p.e., migranyes)<br \/>\nh. Trastorns m\u00e8dics (p.e, fatiga cr\u00f2nica, fibromi\u00e0lgia)<br \/>\ni. \u00das de subst\u00e0ncies (p.e., alcohol, c\u00e0nnabis)<br \/>\nj.
